I'm Michelle, a freelance Project Lead and Creative Producer based in Amsterdam.

Whether I'm joining a new team, stepping into an existing project, or navigating an unfamiliar industry, I quickly read the room, identify the bottlenecks, and bring structure where it's needed most. No lengthy onboarding required.

Over the past 10 years, I've produced video and photography projects across the globe, working with creatives from different backgrounds and cultures. That experience has sharpened more than just my eye for storytelling. It's taught me how teams actually work, where friction lives, and how to remove it.

I enjoy helping teams build operational processes and stakeholder management that actually stick. Creativity will thrive inside a good structure, not despite it.
